Now I can control my Logitech Z5500 from the comfort of my couch cause this cable connects my DVD to it for digital audio connection that is not optical. Belkin digital audio cables are the best in the industry and I highly recommend them.
I received this item in a timely manner and it was exactly what i needed. I especially like that fact that even with shipping and handling, it was much cheaper than in the store.
A good quality product, which I use to connect the SPDIF output of my Dell XPS to the Gefen A to D converter. The coax cable is of high quality and the RCA plugs are moulded onto the cable with good "strain relief".I would recommend this product.Jim
The packaging for this product is ridiculous. They still had to be cut out, and the now open back had a sharp edge around which I had to work. After finding that I *could not cut it* with a knife I noticed a pull-tab to open the back. Simple enough, except that the ends of the cable were still entombed in the front of the package. Not a good place to have to use a lot of force cutting.It's no wonder people cut tendons opening packages. According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, injuries from plastic packaging resulted in 6,400 visits to emergency rooms in 2004.This is one of the worst packages I have encountered.
Product arrived on-time and in perfect condition. Cable is good quality and performs as expected. Not really an audiophile but do own monster cables and these Belkin PureAV cables. Can't really tell the difference between the two.
